Salmon with Bayou Black Cajun Rub & Seasoning

Today we are posting our cajun salmon recipe that is a household favorite & absolutely delicious. It’s really simple to make and always pleases the lunch or dinner crowd.

Ingredients:

 

1 1/2 lb. of salmon

1 large slice Lemon

Crushed garlic

Butter cubes

Chopped cilantro

White wine

Veggies of choice

2 tbsp of Legion of Spice Cajun Bayou Black

 

Directions:

 

1. Bake: preheat oven at 375 F

2. In a small bowl mix the Cajun Bayou Black, squeeze some lemon juice and garlic.

3. Place the salmon onto a foil lined Pyrex. Pour mix on the salmon & place butter cubes on top. Pour some white wine and sprinkle chopped parsley.

4. Cover salmon with foil

5. Pop in oven & bake for 30-35min.
